- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Until today I was willing to let the rudeness and unorganized staff slide but not so much anymore. I deal with 7 different types of doctors for my injury and not only are they the only institution I have problems with faxing documents in a timely manner but they may be the rudest set of people i have had to deal with. They do not treat you with respect no matter how nice you are and apparently its above them to have to speak with a patient. Ms. Kim has been supperb but the rest of the staff have no patient service skills and treat people like dirt. I understand that they deal with a lot of terrible people but I am not one of them and think it's disgusting they think thats ok.April 11, 2017by James Foy
